Abilities First abides to the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations. Information regarding an individual who is served by this organization will be kept confidential whether or not the information is covered under HIPAA. Disclosure of information can be made only under certain specified conditions, described below. Infractions will lead to corrective action up to and including termination.
