Jan R therapistAt the department helm is Jan! Jan is a New Zealand Registered PT (Physical Therapist) with more than 30 years of experience working with children who have neurological and developmental disabilities. Jan has been with Abilities First for 17 years and has experience in community development, maternal and child health, inclusion initiatives and family focused interventions.

Cosby, came to Abilities First after serving in the military, working in business world, and working as a case manager for adults with disabilities, "Nothing moves me more than working with children and helping them succeed, " Norm says. "I look forward to getting to know you, the children, and the families that we serve over the coming months," he added


Bettie Rountree -Therapies Services Coordinator

Bettie therapistBettie is the person you’ll speak with when you call to make a referral or schedule an appointment. As the Therapy Services Coordinator, Bettie supports each family and assists with all needs.

She is instrumental in helping families learn about their benefits.
