Summer Therapy Program

Did you know, that between the end of one school year and the start of the next, every student risks summer learning loss? On average, students lose the equivalent of one month of overall learning and two months of reading skills over the summer.  Children with developmental disabilities and delays risk greater regression.  This is because students are doing more leisure activities and less activities that require them to use their brain.

Abilities First Pediatric Therapies is the only year-round outpatient therapy service that provides specific, summer, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Language therapeutic group opportunities to children with developmental delays and disabilities.  Along with summer programs for pre-school through K/2 for children who have Autism.
